How can we establish a true dialogue to get the teams to commit to change?

In this constantly evolving world, the changes to be made are at once more frequent and often more radical. Securing the backing of the teams that will have to implement them is invaluable, in order to benefit from their commitment in this implementation. To that end, aiming to convince is not enough.
