Manpower conducted a large study on job seekers’ new practices. Based on the results of this survey, the article underlines the growing importance of the e-reputation, and the tendency of the candidates to rely not only on the sole communications of the enterprise. More and more people go to crosscheck the truthfulness of the enterprise’s statements at “grassroot” level.
