Résumé
This article comments on the results of a study designed to evaluate the clarity with which priorities are shared within leadership teams. Some big gaps are observed between the priorities established by the CEO and those perceived by the members of their leadership team. The authors conclude with the importance of clarifying shared priorities, especially since divergent perceptions often produce needless conflict.
