In France, following the implementation of the PACTE Act, a growing number of companies have stated their purpose. This study focuses on the cases of Orange, La Poste, Carrefour, Schneider Electric, Michelin, etc.—and collects feedback from those companies’ leaders. It completes this perspective with a BVA survey of their employees, to understand how these initiatives were perceived and what the levers for improvement might be. A precise and recent snapshot, useful for identifying good ideas and hazards to be avoided.
