This study focuses on the cases of Orange, La Poste, Carrefour, Schneider Electric, Michelin, etc.—and collects feedback from those companies’ leaders. It completes this perspective with a BVA survey of their employees, to understand how these initiatives were perceived and what the levers for improvement might be. A precise and recent snapshot, useful for identifying good ideas and hazards to be avoided.
