The cultural differences between men and women portrayed by this book are almost a caricature at times. However, this classification has the merit of shining a bright light on differences that are often underestimated. For example, “In job interviews, women tend to point out what they need to improve, while men tend to emphasize what they have accomplished.” A useful book in which the author proposes tools and techniques to minimize the misunderstandings caused by differences in perception.
