The transfer of knowledge is an essential driver of company performance. Enabling an organization to capitalize on locally acquired experience and knowhow is invaluable. However, broadly disseminating know-how drawn from experience turns out to be much more difficult in practice than merely transferring knowledge. In this very practical and enlightened book, Nancy M.
