The working methods that were urgently established during the Covid-19 crisis cannot become the new norm. Experience shows that full remote has short-term benefits, but that in the medium and long term, trust is eroded, team cohesion and commitment are damaged, corporate culture is undermined, and performance declines.

This article provides various ideas for managing this transition.
