To understand this, the authors of CEO Excellence interviewed some of these exceptional bosses: Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan Chase, Satya Nadella of Microsoft, Kazuo Hirai of Sony, etc. In doing so, they have identified six categories of practices—one of which, in the third chapter, deals with the climate these leaders have managed to install in the team surrounding them.
