The Secrets to Successful Strategy Execution

This article is based on the results of a Booz Allen Hamilton study on what differentiates organizations with excellent strategic execution ability. According to the authors, efforts to optimize the organizational structure are not suffcient to ensure effective execution. Indeed, two essential factors are often neglected by managers, i.e., the clear allocation and communication of decision-making authority on the one hand, and the effective fow of information on the other.
