Beyond the Information Systems Outsourcing Bandwagon	This book draws conclusions from a decade of IT outsourcing experiences of large corporations, such as Eastman Kodak, Continental Airlines, British Aerospace, Lufthansa, etc., and shows that outsourcing can be as dangerous as any other poorly-applied short cut. A rigorous approach to outsourcing selected pieces of information technology is then proposed.
